Counselling and managing the on-campus and off-campus students, parents, individuals or organization who are related to similar interests
Manage the registrations and admission formalities for the potential students
Work on various queries which can be conveyed to the counsellor through multiple means of communication (Should be open to all means like calls, emails, walk-ins, portals or agencies
Taking initiatives to increase walk-ins e.g. creating awareness, organizing various marketing activities to increase walk-in etc.
Handling Telephonic Enquiry and students Grievances handling at the time of admissions
Quality Check & Feedback from Students
Able to follow up high potential leads
Collect and maintain the database
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges
Regular follow up with new and existing customers

Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
Tele-calling experience
Previous educational industry experience is preferred
Excellent Communication Skills - English speaking mandatory

Must be located in Kathmandu
