Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Manage VAT, TDS, and tax-related documentation
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
- Maintain inventory and purchase records
- Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
- Use accounting software effectively for bookkeeping and reporting
Job Specification
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or other accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
