Job Specification
- Updating daily ledger
- Maintaining monthly invoices
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Updating and maintaining monthly VAT record
- Overseeing petty cash issuance and dispersion
- Updating payroll sheet regularly
- Daily follow up on revenue
- Prepare vouchers and checks for funds release and purchase logistics as directed.
- Ensure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintaining and updating utilities bill.
- Preparing and updating monthly accounts records and presenting to Senior Manager.
