Job Description
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records of all transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounts.
- Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas where the company can cut costs or increase revenue.
- Stock analysis: Analyzing stock ageing and disposal of stock accordingly.
- Budgeting: Developing, managing and monitoring budgets for the organization, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and presents them to management or stakeholders on a periodic basis.
- Tax compliance: Preparing and filing vat returns, E-tds filing, income tax returns for business.
- Other Compliance: Ensuring all compliance with tax and corporate laws and regulations of Government of Nepal and Local authorities.
- MIS: Preparing and submitting MIS report to BOD.
- Bank related work including LC, TT etc.
- Assisting auditor during audit.
Job Specification
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Management or semi-qualified - CA/ ACCA
- Experience of at least 1/2 years in the Accounting field. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the Hardware field.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates having two wheeler and must hold a driving license.
