Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare, record, and post daily financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Issue online sales invoices and manage sales records.
• Administer staff payroll, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and salary disbursement.
• Prepare purchase orders, open Letters of Credit (LC), and coordinate food import permits and inspections.
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance, determine HS codes and duty rates, and ensure timely payment of import obligations.
• File VAT, Excise Returns, CBMS Upload, Advance Tax, TDS & ETDS through e-filing systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain cash flow efficiency.
• Reconcile sales, purchases, and bank statements regularly.
• Manage procurement and vendor payments.
• Handle banking operations including loan renewal, IPS, and TT transfers.
• Prepare internal financial statements for management reporting.
• Manage and control inventory of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Perform cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Maintain petty cash transactions.
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting & Finance (running acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
