Prepare, record, and post daily financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Issue online sales invoices and maintain accurate sales records.
Manage staff payroll, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and salary disbursement.
Prepare purchase orders and handle Letters of Credit (LC), food import permits, and inspection coordination.
Prepare customs clearance documentation, identify HS codes and duty rates, and ensure timely payment of import-related taxes and duties.
File statutory returns including VAT, Excise, CBMS upload, Advance Tax, TDS, and ETDS through e-filing systems.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure healthy cash flow.
Perform regular reconciliation of sales, purchases, and bank statements.
Manage procurement processes and vendor payments.
Handle banking operations such as loan renewals, IPS transactions, and TT transfers.
Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
Manage and control inventory of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Conduct cost accounting and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Maintain petty cash records and transactions.
Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance (students currently pursuing are acceptable).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of Nepalese taxation and statutory compliance.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
