Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions including purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, bill payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and timely collection of receivables.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets. Provide support in budget planning and forecasting activities.
Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Generate financial statements for management review and decision-making.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Coordinate with external tax advisors as necessary.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support as required.

Job Specification
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience of 2 years as an Accounts Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance is desirable.
Knowledge of Nepalese tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
