Job Description
- Manage all financial transactions and maintain accurate records of financial statements
- Prepare invoices, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations and laws
Job Specification
- Must have completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Must have knowledge of VAT, Tax and Tally
- Should be self-motivated and proactive
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, follow instructions and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Able to work as part of a team
- Should have own two wheeler
