Key Responsibilities:

• Allow and manage access and exit of truck drivers at the control point.

• Record driver and vehicle details accurately in the system or register.

• Verify and validate documents as required for access.

• Maintain logs of all entry and exit records.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and team members.

• Follow security and operational guidelines at all times.

• Support day and night shifts as scheduled.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).

Experience:

• Prior experience in access control, logistics, or operations preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.

• Ability to work in both day and night shifts.

• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
