Manage and update students academic performance to meet curriculum goals
Assess the performance of students, record their difficulties and weakness and submit a subject report,
Provide guidance and support to students on personal, academic and social concerns.
Manage student information that includes parent information, health issues and behavioral concerns.
Categorize student on a quarterly basis and advice to students on subject matter for future progress.
Monitor student behavior both inside and outside classrooms.
Monitor daily class wise student attendance and provide appropriate notifications and regular follow up to students and parents.
Monitor student dress code, gesture, posture and behavior on a daily basis.
Maintain regular communication with parents based on student issues.
Focus on the development of extracurricular and co- curricular activities as these activities are also considered to be crucial in the overall developments of the students.
The academic managers have to see that the all the work is done well by the students, untidiness, indiscipline, unfair means, discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, caste, and ethnicity and harsh behavior has to be avoided and they we required to maintain adequate teaching load and extra assignments and study materials to the students.
The academic managers should orient and follow the implementation of college rule, regulation, norm, policies, guidelines, code of conduct, examination and assessment, re-exam, follow-up exam and regularity and punctuality of students, so that there is maintenance of law and order in the college.
The academic managers should be responsible for registration form fill up follow up, examination form fil up and examination arrangements of the students.

Master's Degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience in related filed
Should have sound knowledge on computer
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills in English and Nepali
