• Configure, manage, and optimize aXcelerate LMS for seamless course delivery.

• Set up courses, units, assessments, and enrolments according to ASQA and VET compliance standards.

• Maintain user roles, permissions, and access rights for staff, trainers, and students.

• Monitor system workflows and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

• Support trainers and administrative staff with LMS training and documentation.

• Prepare and manage AVETMISS and compliance reporting.

• Work closely with IT teams to integrate aXcelerate with other systems (e.g., CRM, student management, payment portals).

• Provide insights and reports on student engagement, course completion, and LMS performance.

• Suggest system enhancements to improve the student and staff experience.

Working Hours: 7PM to 3PM

• Must have completed Bachelors Level

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience working with aXcelerate LMS in an Australian RTO environment.

• Strong understanding of VET compliance, ASQA standards, and AVETMISS reporting.

• Experience in course creation, enrolment management, and assessment setup in aXcelerate.

• Ability to provide training and support to staff and trainers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
