Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in locating and selecting products
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customer queries and offer personalized recommendations
• Perform product comparisons to support cross-selling
• Process cash, card, and digital payments (Fonepay/eSewa)
• Manage stock levels and organize replenishments
• Maintain store cleanliness, fold/hang clothes, and attach price tags
• Monitor storor security concerns (e.g., shoplifting, fraudulent payments)
• Coordinate with online sales and intern teams for smooth customer service
• Inform customers about current offers and promotions
• Stay updated with new arrivals, services, and product knowledge

Full Time | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Note: Preference will be given to those willing to work on alternate Saturdays and take leave on alternate Sundays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree running
• Age: 20 – 26 years
• Gender: Male/Female
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in retail sales or customer service
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, Fonepay/eSewa, and MS Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working with different types of customers
• Flexible with weekend shifts
