Guest Reception: Greet, welcome, and direct all walk-in visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Inquiry Management: Log, track, and distribute incoming student leads and inquiries to the appropriate counselors promptly.
Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage appointment calendars for counselors and management, and perform accurate data entry in the ERP/CRM system.
Financial Handling: Process cash, card, and online payments; issue receipts; and maintain accurate daily sales/transaction records.
Stock management of consumables.
Facility Oversight: Oversee the facility (over 4000 sq. ft) to ensure housekeeping maintains a clean, presentable, and professional environment at all times.
Perform other relevant administrative tasks as required
Job Specification
Key Requirements
Education: High school.
Language: Excellent communication in both Nepali and English.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the aptitude to quickly learn and utilize internal ERP/CRM systems.
Availability: Must be available to work flexible/rotating shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Personality: Highly organized, professional demeanor, and customer service orientation.
