• Candidate will be responsible to create training module / content for Technical / Product Training (ISP) to train the internal as well as external stakeholders.
• Deploy the training methods to enhance the training effectiveness.
• Monitor the training effectiveness, success and periodic reviews and report on them.
• Reviews working on internal & external client’s expectations and develop the performance analysis and inputs.
• Manage the Training related needs of operations in collaboration with top management.
   

• Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience as Trainer / Training Manager with Internet service provider (ISP).
• Must have technical background & understand technology related with ISPs well to train others.
• Must be ready to travel all over Nepal
• Knowledge on FTTH is a must.

Education

• B.Tech /B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical, B.Sc - Computers, Electronics, BCA - Any Specialization
• Preferred,
• M.Tech - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, MCA - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc (Science) - Any Specialization
