Job Description
- Handle Enquiries: Provide information as per the requirements of the enquirer through different modes of communication; Face to Face support, telephone, emails and SMS.
- Provide detailed information regarding Mode of education, University, programs on offer, Admission procedure, Fee structure and Mode of Payment.
- Assist during the admissions process
- Provide support to enrolled students: Dissemination of all post admissions related information
- Plan and execute events as per the academic calendar of the institution
- Assist in Value Added Services provided by the University / Center to the Students
