Salary Range: NRs. 15,000 (Raise after 3 months based on performance)
 

• Provide excellent customer service to in-store customers.
• Manage the showroom.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are correct and complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Respond promptly to all phone calls.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Help the team with order fulfillment when needed.
• Partner with warehouse personnel regarding changes to shipping time and inventory cycle counts.
• Manage and keep the stock room organized.
   

• Pack shelves neatly and create an attractive display in-store.
• Must be good at handling cash/online transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the quality control team.
• Follow up on potential clients.
• Stock keeping, updating inventories & fulfilling orders of other online platforms.
• Must have passion in fashion, outdoors and travelling.
