Job Description
- Design, install, configure and deploy L2 and L3 network
- Involve in evaluation, recommendation and optimization of existing network infrastructure by implementing new standards and technologies
- Provide support to clients as appropriate and ensure timely response to issues escalated by Customer Support team
- Must be able to monitor, troubleshoot and handle entire network with minimal to no supervision
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems
- Ability to work with MPLS, VPLS, BGP, Routing, Switching, FTTH, network planning, designing and implementation
- Responsible to keep network at optimal performance ensuring no service disruption round the clock
- Proper reporting and documentation
Job Specification
- Bachelor Completed in IT related field from any recognized University
- 6-7 years of experience as a Network Administrator in ISP
- CCNA/HCIA or equivalent certified candidate will be preferred
- Must be familiar with standard technology, concepts, practices and procedures required within an ISP
- Strong analytics and troubleshooting skills; should be a team player
- Flexible in duty timing and should be available round the clock if required
