Job Description
Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
Formulating and implementing sales, trade and customer marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brands & product categories.
Directing sales &marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand plan
Defining and communicating the business’s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyze patterns in consumer and market behavior.
Setting territorial sales goals for sales executives and dealers for respective region and perform weekly review of each region.
Maintain group and individual morale by keeping self as well as the team engaged in work and providing necessary recommendation of appropriate motivational activities to be conducted.

Education: Masters completed
The Head of Sales must have had at least 8 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager. The candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.
