• Job description includes field visit, phone call, anydesk support, software and hardware related solutions.
• Candidate exposure to medical terms or dental or hospital projects will be given an advantage
• IT Software and System Support and Service, Team Coordination and Client Communication
• Customer Support, Database Administrator (DBA), Desktop Support, Software Implementation, Trainer/ Faculty
• Troubleshoot bugs and Errors
• Logging and keeping records of client queries
• Analyzing call logs, spot common trends and frequents problems
• Anydesk and Remote access support to customer to guide them through software
• Basic Database Knowledge in SQL
• Fast learner, good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills
• Having at least 1-2 years of experience on relevant filed
• Education:
• Bachelor passed. Candidate should not be involved in studying or any other projects.
