Job Description
Develop, document and enforce HR policies, employees’ bylaws and streamline HR processes. Ensure best HR practice is implemented aiming at employee welfare and retention.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the over initiatives strategies.
Act as a bridge between management and employee by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the presence of the right number of human capital in the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives the high performance of employees. Review performance appraisal after being collected from all departments.
Ensures the maintenance of the computerized personnel files.
Ensure statutory compliance in relation to labor law and human resource policy book.
Develop and review pay plan and benefits program by conducting periodic job evaluations. Align the organization’s pay structure with the industry pay structure.
Develop and implement Standard Operation Policy (SOP) in coordination with other departments.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Hand-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (Attendance and Leave management; Payroll system)
