Job Description
- Responsible for all Genuine Temporary Entrant documentation preparation.
- Counsel students and parents on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges and help students prepare required documentation.
- Responsible for gathering knowledge about a range of study options for the school, VET and higher education sectors.
- Responsible to carry out face to face consultation with prospective students and their parents.
- Facilitate student from the scratch of their process to the end including pre-departure briefing.
- Facilitate in preparing GTE statements and GTE relevant documentation.
- Prepare students for visa interviews and other interviews as and when required as per the procedure of the Universities.
- Correspondent independently with stakeholders such as schools, colleges, universities, and immigration office.
- Take part and give presentation in seminar, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms and live sessions.
- Proofread, merge and format documents whenever required.
- Book dates for Medical and Biometric appointments as required for the countries along with preparation of drafts.
- Creation of invoice for tuition fee payment and providing accurate and reliable instructions regarding payment to the students.
- Guidance on CV, SOP interviews.
- Assist Admission Department and Counselor as and when required.
- Carry out independent research for new information and updates
Job Specification
- Graduates from foreign universities are highly preferred
- Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be polite and convincing in nature
