Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS)

- Manage hybrid identity infrastructure — Entra ID Connect Sync, hybrid Entra ID join

- Own endpoint management via Microsoft Intune — Autopilot, Autopatch, compliance and configuration policies

- Extend and manage server infrastructure through Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager

- Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint onboarding, policy configuration, and incident triage

- Produce and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate recurring operational tasks

- Provide licensing guidance on Intune, Defender, and related Microsoft SKUs

- Participate in client-facing escalations and technical reviews as required

- Maintain documentation and runbooks to Wise engineering standards
