• Bachelors or Masters Degree in any discipline 
• Good computer skills 
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Nepali 
• Prospecting, negotiating, communicating, and persuasive skills
• Very good research ability in the internet

• Assess the needs of prospective foreign study students through interpersonal interaction, pointing out and describing the best options that would suit their needs, a process that they would need to engage in to achieve their goals and assisting them in taking these steps
• Should remain up to speed on institutions, faculty details, and courses, as well as living details, standards, and other conditions associated with international study. 
•  Act in the best interests of the students and give them advise on how to achieve their goals in the most effective way possible. 
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the organization's client by developing a professional, friendly interaction with them. 
• Maintain the organization's client relationships and network by following up on a regular basis, and reporting the status 
• Engage in promotional and marketing activities that will assist in increasing the organization’s client base.
