Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
Handling the employee insurance process appropriately.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs
Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
Compiling and presenting training information

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources Management. Master’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in related field.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality.
Must have proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.
Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.
Understanding of labor legislation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Familiarity on HRMS is a plus.
