Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
- Handling the employee insurance process appropriately.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
- Compiling and presenting training information
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via trainings
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources Management. Master’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with confident and dynamic personality.
- Must have proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.
- Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.
- Understanding of labor legislation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Familiarity on HRMS is a plus.
