Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
- Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability
- Inventory planning and reordering on a regular basis
- Monitoring and reporting of Inventory management
- Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on predetermined intervals.
- Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing monthly salary sheets
- Processing Invoices
- Timely preparation and submission of Vat Returns.
- Timely entry in VAT Register
- Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies
- Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations
- Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
- Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks
- Opening LC/TT as per need and record same in accounting software
- Recording transactions from branches in Books of Accounts
- Visiting bank and party offices for daily transactions
- Others as directed by Seniors
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
- Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
- Must have a bike and valid driving license
