Monthly preparation and finalization of fund projection, compare last month’s fund projection with actual position and report to management on overall achievement
Monthly MIS Review, analysis and reporting
Advance tax computation
Liaise with banks and prepare documents for bank credit facilities renewal/enhancement when credit facilities renewal is due
Bank related documents( Credit limit offer letters, documents related to personal guarantee are kept, hypothecation documents) kept in respective banks files, properly updated and in safe custody
Ensure daily reports are updated on daily basis -sales,PDC,Debtors
Inventory costing,valuation,idel stock reporting, non-moving stock and dead stock liquidation plan
Statutory compliances,TDS,VAT,Advance Tax, Excise and other legal compliances
Debtor’s age analysis, collection tracking
Ensure operation of the company is duly done
Job Specification
Qualification- CA/MBA/ACCA
Experience- 2years in related industry
